My stay, (4 nights), was safe , quiet, and perfectly relaxing. The pool and hot tub were quite relaxing. I will stay here again in the future.

Other than the pool the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The manager was willing to open the breakfast area for us to play games in on the rainy day. The food at breakfast was not very warm.

Boston Pizza beside for dinner. In Auto Mall area. Decent pool. Property is a bit dated. Breakfast was acceptable for being included, though some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Pleasant staff.

Standard, as expected. Easy free parking, easy to get to beach and through town. Boston pizza, Tim Hortons and grocery all walkable. Clean hotel, wifi was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the none staff member seemed to have trouble keeping things stocked/replenished during the morning rush.

Overall it was a lovely small hotel, conveniently located. Pros: location, parking, ok breakfast that is included, rather quiet with some friendly reception workers and maids. Cons: quality and cleanliness of sheets and towels... Some towels were so worn out you could see through them and most had traces of makeup or yellow stains. We had to mostly use ours we brought with us as the hotel's sheets and linens needed a bleach bath

Check in said 4:00 I got there at 4:30 and told it would be another 10 minute wait before I could access my room. Rooms were noisy, which made it hard to sleep Other than that, everything else was acceptable

The general manager checked us in and was rude and said he was tired. The room was nice but had a musty smell. The young man at the counter after was nice and friendly. Check out was the same experience with a rude general manager

Middle of the road stay. It was clean enough that I wasn't worried about bugs or anything but the hotel is overall dingy and could definitely use an upgrade. The wall paper is peeling is some places, the lights are yellow light and flicker to turn on. Our room had a white, I'm assuming milk, stain on the coffee table. We also found a left over sock from a previous family under our bed. I would say you get a surface clean. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and there were clean towels. It's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

The hotel's location is incredible, just steps away from the beach. However, the overall service falls short of expectations. Room service is quite slow, and housekeeping does not clean the tooms regularly. Breakfast service is also disappointing, with delays in refilling the buffet, which is only available for 3 hours window, not ideal for guests who dont want to sprnd their morning waiting.
