There is plenty of reception space with a large south-facing conservatory, a wonderful open-plan dining kitchen, a cosy sitting room with comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove; also underfloor heating to the ground floor (excluding the conservatory). Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (the master is en-suite) and a delightful twin bedroom with full-size single beds and a unusual arched window. The cottage is practical, stylish and tastefully furnished throughout with lots of extra little details to give guests a comfortable and enjoyable visit whatever time of year.
The garden is south facing and fully enclosed, safe for dogs and children. A gate leads into the parking area at the back of the cottage, where there are two parking spaces for the cottage, a real bonus in this busy village. In fact the location is just perfect - tucked down a quiet lane off the main road, yet just a short walk from the park, play area, tennis courts and all the amenities the village has to offer.
