“The staff when we checked in was very nice and welcoming. The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay.”

“Clean room with nice amenities on my first day. However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction.”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson……
