The village of Bantham has a lovely pub, 'The Sloop Inn', there is a village shop and cafe, and a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is renowned for great surfing and water sports.

Although the property does have parking space for one car, if you do bring more than one car there is additional parking available in the Bantham Estate car park (please visit the Bantham Estate website for full parking cost details).
Between 1st October and 30th April there is also on street parking available but please do also check for any on street parking info signage that may be displayed in case of any temporary restrictions.
