“No complaints about accommodation at all. It was exactly as described and perfect for 4 adults and 2 4 year olds as a base for exploration.More rural than expected and the very narrow roads are an experience! Fortunately we found the roads to and from the cottage and Kingsbridge to be quiet. Different matter to some other locations and the best beaches in particular. Prepare to be patient. A great stay over the August bank holiday week with perfect weather, fab beaches and place to eat. ”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Combe Down. It’s a truly magical place to visit with family or friends. The photos do no justice to the incredible sea views you have from the garden, and most of the bedrooms. The interior decor is gorgeous and perfectly kept. “Great location for a wander down into Kingsbridge for breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Property extremely clean and modern. The house is located a mile away from the main road down a track, so there is no passing traffic. Malcolm and Sarah are fabulous hosts, on hand to assist if required, generously giving their time to recommend places of interest and to loan towels for the dogs.
