“Great location. You can walk home for lunch from Schlitterbahn. Loved the blackout curtains in every room for sleeping. Also, I really appreciate this property having so many extra pillows! The property is beautifully decorated! The layout of this property was well thought out- It is very small but used every inch efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“This was our third time staying at this house. It is absolutely perfect. AND we are going back two more times this year. It is exactly as the pictures show. Whether just 2 people or all 6, it's hands down the best house we've ever stayed in for the river. It is directly on the river with very easy access. A gently sloped hill leads down to a nice deck with ladder access to the water. It's above the horseshoe so it's not as crowded as the rest of the river. Less than a 5 mile drive to White……

“The house is on a large piece of property with a fantastic view. The amenities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the deer graze in the field. It was quite secluded from any nearby neighbors with the surrounding trees. “We were in New Braunfels for a family wedding and stayed in this beautifully renovated cottage. The furnishings are even more stylish than the photos can portray, the mattresses and pillows and linens were wonderfully comfortable, and the deck was delightful. And Melissa has thought of everything! There is a wireless speaker in the living room as well as one in the kitchen--both matching the decor. There are 3 ways to get your caffeine going in the morning--and a milk frother provided as well!……

“Our daughter graduated from TX State & our whole family came out for the weekend. There were many of us, but the house is so big, we didn’t feel like we were stepping over each other. Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace.”

It was walking distance to everything we needed, like naeglin’s bakery. Only wish there were some extra warm blankets as New Braunfels gets chilly in November.”
