“This is a great holiday rental with well appointed kitchen, great views and even some streaming services to keep you entertained. The pictures on the site give a really honest representation of what your getting. Only negative was cleanliness, most of the house it's furniture and linens are kept in a good clean state however the floor left a lot to be desired. We took our shoes of on arrival to keep floors clean only to discover 20 minutes later our feet were black from walking on the……

“The sunrise coming up over the mainland each morning is a sight to behold & this property is situated perfectly to take it all in. The interior is nicely renovated and has all the conveniences of home such as dishwasher and washing machine. The pool table provides a nice break with non-digital fun and the back yard is conveniently enclosed for the dogs.”

“Only a short drive from the Kingscote town and so peaceful with a lovely view of the trees and ocean (from upstairs). It has absolutely everything you could possibly need including washing powder. The hosts were so responsive and provided lots of useful information. Being a loft, it probably wouldn’t suit light sleepers upstairs if you want to continue watching tv etc downstairs. Our kids who were sleeping upstairs woke if we even tried turning the bathroom light on downstairs, but we knew this……

“After booking l found alot of negative reviews, happily it wasn't too bad. the island accommodation all seems to be in need of some TLC. I chooser this place as it had water views in case the weather wasn't good while we were there and we;d have something to look at. The windows we disgusting and it was difficult to see out, the second reason was it had a BBQ- however there was no BBQ and you couldn't use the oven it hadn't been cleaned for sometime and obviously because there was no BBQ it had……
