Treehouse Cottage at Cane Bay — walk to beach!

This cottage is built around a 150 year old tree. It has a beach view and is private and very comfortable. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The property has a restaurant and dive shop on premise. It has a large studio bedroom (king size mattress) with a pull out queen couch and twin bunk beds. Internet and wifi. There is also a private outdoor shower — indoor shower too! It is located on an old plantation with hiking trails right out your front door.

We very much enjoyed our stay at these cottages! The cottages are very comfortable - we especially enjoyed how we had such easy access to the beach and restaurant yet still felt like you were away from hustle and bustle at the same time. We ended up having to extend our stay due to winter weather at home and Win was able to accommodate us last minute in another unit, which was equally as comfortable and it was so appreciated by us not have to stress about finding new lodging after our flights were cancelled. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot for families or those wanting easy access for scuba diving/snorkeling or just beach time. The dive shop and restaurant on site are great. The staff friendly and the food was outstanding! Our little treehouse was perfect, it came equipped with everything we needed (the bed pillows are my only complaint (pretty limp and flat) and I did buy a couple more in town and left them in the house. This is a more rustic and natural setting which we liked. We appreciated having the use of free laundry machines on site, especially with so much sand and salt everywhere. I shared some pics of my daughter enjoying her daily afternoon visit from a wild peacock and her enjoying a local lobster for dinner (caught that morning). We plan to visit again!!

Cane Bay is an incredible location with a beautiful beach, restaurants and bars and yet not overcrowded. The Treehouse is in a secluded spot under the trees still with an ocean view. We had a peacock greet us each morning outside our door. In short we loved it and will return.

Good central location on the island

We enjoyed exploring the island!! . The manager/owner was attentive to our request for more hangers, pillows and some cleaning issues. This is a great central location on the island. Good restaurants near by and within walking distance.

Charming Cottage on Cane Bay

Charming little property a few steps from beautiful Cane Bay on St. Croix’s north shore. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. There is a view of the Caribbean from the yard in front of the unit. You are a short walk down the hill to the beach at Cane Bay. Even better…The Landings restaurant is on the property. It frequented by locals as well as visitors and has a great bar and great food overlooking the beach. We lucked out one night with locally caught mahi on special. But wait! There’s more! Sweetbottom Dive Center is also on the property. We did shore dives at Cane Bay and day and night dives at Frederiksted Pier. Friendly and well run outfit. This is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy the island.

Our Island Getaway

Beach life at its best. Basic and clean accommodations with ocean view and full kitchen. Easy to locate and easy access to most island attractions. On-site restaurant can get crowed so get there early!

Best time ever!

What a fantastic place to stay - low key, laid back, and all around great time! Win made sure our bungalow was ready - we stayed in the Treehouse - had a great view of the ocean, all the basic necessities, and even peacocks! We loved it so much - thank you! The North Shore is a great spot for snorkelling, diving, and hanging out at the beach. Win also runs The Landing - amazing food - we ate almost everything on the menu - and don’t miss Sunday brunch! And, if you’re wanting pizza, you can head up to Off the Wall (walking distance) or grab a snack while you swim at Spratnet (also walking distance). There’s even a dive shop on the property! We enjoyed acoustical live music, ice cream, the forest trail and so much about our stay, especially LOVED the outdoor shower (there’s an inside one, too). Thank you for an unforgettable trip! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location for outdoorsy vacation

This little cottage was ideal for beach/diving/hiking activities. Clean with all the cookware, utensils, condiments, and personal care items you might need. Has a lovely outdoor shower, great sitting area out front, and a caretaker nearby. There's also a hiking trail that begins just a stone's throw away. Beach bar/restaurant and scuba shop right next door. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
