"The toilet was nasty upon arrival had to go and have someone come up and clean it… this should have been done before my arrival… WiFi had poor connection "

"The bathroom towels had stains. One matched the color of the paint in the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No vent fan for when you showered. Not enough towels. When asked for more we were told there were none. There was a gap in the exterior door. Broken down abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. This is not at all on track with the Super 8 brand we have come to know. Would not return. Will not recommend. "

"Such a lovely small boutique hotel. Breakfast was included and was a great way to start the day. I wish I had had more time to enjoy the beach. Don't miss the observation deck. It is small but provides a great opportunity to see up and down the beach. "

"Room floors were never vacuumed. Room did not have any towels, I had to request them. The shower was leaking and continued to flood the bathroom floor. When I reported it, I was told their maintenance was gone for the weekend."

"Veey friendly staff at front desk and breakfast area. Smooth checkin. Room is uniquely designed. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Bathtub was very old and grout was very mouldy. Good shower. Good breakfast. Would stay here again. Entire hotel is being updated. Room 315 is the new model. Very nice."

"When you come in the lobbybit reeks to humidity (probably mold). The toilet was clogged. The building looks run down. The furniture is run down. I will never stay in that hotel chain ever again."
