The property is a beautiful inn built in 1888 and well maintained. The surrounding gardens are beautiful; inviting you to relax on the wide front porch. Downtown Kingston is a short walk from the Inn making it convenient to waterfront restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. Or room was very nice, extremely comfortable bed. Isja was exceptional, warm welcome and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and so nice to eat out on the beautiful patio.

Nice to have USB charger in an old Inn. (Built 1888) lots of character. Parking is limited so you might arrive a little early before check in to get a spot and treat yourself to a glass of wine on the lovely porch while you wait for your room. Very friendly very helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B- everything was above and beyond what we expected. The staff ere exceptionally helpful and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They even stored our e-bikes for us during our stay which was a huge help and much appreciated. The breakfast and service was excellent. I highly reccommend this unique and charming B&B.
