"On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was mango season and I think they could have offered their guest mangoes or some kind of mango dessert or drink free since the mangos were going to waste."

"This is a nice hotel to stay but prospective clients should be alerted that you'd have to pay $1500 jmd for parking. This is due to the hotel apparently not owning the parking facility and they need to either cover the cost for their checked in clients or tell clients upfront that paid parking is provided. I had this unfortunate experience in mid April 2026 after a long work week in Northern Jamaica and travelled in the evening to get some rest for my next day flight. The hotel receptionist at no point said that i should have received an orange tag so as not to pay and i had to walk back and forth twice, between hotel receptionist and the security parking attendant; to which the later was adamant i be given a red tag pass by the hotel or pay $1500. The hotel needs to get their parking arrangement together so that customers wont have to experience this kind of unfortunate disorganization and gross inconvenience. Suffice it to say, ROK, you wont be seeing my money again!"
