“My son and I started at this property for a week while visiting friends in Kingston. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. “My wife and I together with two other close friends stayed at the Q Estate for four days this week and our experience was above and beyond our expectations. The two warm hosts Suzette and Lexter made us feel so comfortable and welcome, we stayed in the beautiful newly renovated cottage with access to the salt water swimming pool which was awesome.Their hospitality was 1st class with genuine, warmth and helpful service. “Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. On top of this, the owners provide kayaks and boats you can use to go into the water. Spacious cabins, and we were even granted an additional one complimentary. Overall……

“This was a great space and perfect for our needs. The yurt was comfortable and the fire pit was great. Really awesome to have a nice table and grill and the hammock was comfortable. Good lights and drinkable water were plentiful. Will be back!”

“The accommodation was beautiful and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michelle went above and beyond to make our time pleasant and answered quickly whenever we had questions.The fridge wasn't working properly which was a bit inconvenient but there was a small drinks fridge where we kept what we could. “The property is adequate. My primary grievance is the difficulty in corresponding with Ashley Cameron the owner of the property. She did not answer my request for how long it would take to receive back my security deposit (nor was said security deposit mentioned in 2 page contract) and it was only after I contacted VRBO that I got the money back minus the GST. The lack of response was frustrating and time consuming.”
