Kinzig - Fulda Romantic Hotel

"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. Now...

"Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr schwach und könnte deutlich stärker sein. Der TV im Zimmer ließ sich einschalten, aber der TV Stream war nicht möglich. Die RTL Sender haben nur geruckelt und hatten Bildaussetzer, alle anderen Sender zeigten nur ein schwarzes Bild. Die Zimmer sind ohne Early Check in nicht vorher beziehbar, auch nicht 30min vorher... Wir wurden wieder weggeschickt."
