Uns wurde angeboten wegen dem stetigen Regen zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein Hotelzimmer anstatt unseres Bungalows zu bekommen. Das war wohl die beste Entscheidung! Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und im Erdgeschoss mit einer Balkontür, so hatten wir einen einen sehr guten Aufenthalt! Auch das Frühstück war sehr umfrangreich! Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und haben uns immer einen guten Start in den Tag ermöglicht! Wir mussten nie warten, dass etwas aufgefüllt wurde, zu dem waren sie immer nett und hatten gute Tipps ☺️

Die Bungalows sind für 1-2 Übernachtungen ausreichend. Ein kleines Vordach wäre angebracht, da es doch ab und zu mal regnet in Island. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist gut und ausreichend. Im dunklen ist der Weg vom Hotel zu den Bungalows nur sehr schlecht beleuchtet.

We got upgraded to a nice room at Hotel Laki as the bungalows were closed after summer. The hotel was very swanky, the food options were delicious, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cozy cabin located just several hundred meters from Hotel Laki. Great breakfast (included). Room was very clean. Hotel staff was great. We appreciated the laundry service offered by the hotel (~$25 USD). We had already been traveling for 8 days, and it felt great to have clean laundry!

All'arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito alla struttura adiacente dell'hotel Laky. Camera molto bella e vista sul vicino lago. I bungalow sono subito sotto, sembrano carini sono su terreno e si parcheggia a fianco. Però abbiamo preferito la camera. Buon ristorante, buona la colazione. Gentile il personale.

Efri-Vik Bungalow nicely accommodated the two of us since it could sleep up to 5 or 6. It was comfortable with the only exception being the shower. Like many European showers, it was not fully contained such that a good portion of the water ended up on the bathroom floor (despite a "half shield" that provided some protection). But, since we were only staying one night, it was more amusing than annoying. The fact that the drain was not working well compounded the problem. Other than that, it was a great place with a first class breakfast at the main hotel nearby.

Estuvimos de paso una noche. Las casitas /cabañas están detrás del hotel. El check in se hace en la recepción del hotel. El desayuno es en el hotel. Un poco justo y el café demasiado americano, aguado. Las cabañas limpias y con colchones confortables. Aparcas en la misma puerta.

Stayed in the small cottages which each slept 2 people. They were simple and quiet and clean. Desk staff was great, helpful with laundry completed over night for $30 for a load and we picked it up next morning. Breakfast was included and was good, had decent number of options. Didn’t try dinner at the restaurant. The horses were very nice to visit and get some photos. They like to eat dandelion leaves.

Très agréable !

Très beau séjour dans les chalets de l'hôtel Laki. La literie est très confortable et le confort correspondant à nos attentes. Le ménage est fait chaque jour, les serviettes changées. Le petit-déjeuner est un plus non-negligeable et permet de ne pas avoir à se soucier du lunch (dans notre cas). Le personnel qui le sert est très poli (de nationalité espagnole). La vue est - par beau temps - sublime. Une excellente adresse pour celles et ceux qui veulent explorer la région sur plusieurs jours.
