“We rented this unit for a one week work/ski trip. The located was super ideal, right at the heavenly gondola, and all the great restaurants and shops at Heavenly village. The unit and the hotel facilities were wonderful. The hot tubs and pool were warm and welcoming in the cold as snowy days. While the weather didn’t cooperate and skiing was out of the question ( gondola was closed for the duration our stay except one afternoon), we loved every thing about the unit. It was exactly as described.……

“It was a beautiful property. We had a great time. We had main Tv outlet not working and the doors to all patios did not lock other than that no problems. Would stay again.”

“The communication with the property is very good. Linens are clean and beds are comfortable However, The property has an old cabin smell. Carpet has dirty stain especially on the first floor. This place needs updating. The location is very good even if you don’t ski or snowboard. It’s a 7 minute drive to the casinos and Heavenly gondola.”

“旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。”

“Great location and very cute. We couldn’t get the heat to work on our last morning. Never could get the fireplace to work. Beds were very comfortable and a cozy room although small. We did throughly enjoy our stay. Would stay again. ”
