1 Week "Staycation" with family
We enjoyed our stay at this VBRO. Our grandsons enjoyed lots of basketball and our daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pools. The main drawback was that it is located quite a distance from any main attractions, the Gulf, or the Ocean. Travel in Florida is very congested making it more time consuming than what we are used to living in a rural community. However, we would definitely return!

Perfect location for Legoland and Disney
I love this quiet neighborhood for our Legoland vacations. This property offered everything we needed for the 6 days we spent there. The only recommendation for the owner is a much needed deep carpet cleaning throughout the house and new towels in all bathrooms. The communication with owner is very pleasant and efficient. If the above mentioned are fixed, I would gladly return to this location

Great vacation house
House is equipped with everything your family needs for vacations. Pool is right behind the house, water was nice and hot. Host responded quickly when I texted her and was super nice. Will 100% recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Florida Vacation!
My family and I enjoyed our stay during our vacation. The communication with the owner as well as the property manager was very good and if i had questions they were answered promptly. The property was a bit far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get get back to peace and quiet at the end of the day. We had a great time and look forward to going back!

Bizarre Experience, limited amenities, too many 3rd party visits.
I am rating our stay at this location overall a 2 out of 5 stars. I will preface this review with that the overall property was decent and the owner was very responsive with concerns we had during our stay. However, our entire experience with this listing was less than satisfying for a multitude of reasons. 1. Listing states there is TV/wifi at the location. -we were notified 30 minutes prior to checking in after driving for 8 hours that the previous guests reported none of the TVs were functioning. 2. The wifi was reported to be working in the absence of the TVs. -we were also shocked to realize that the wifi had not only not functioned but was not even connected and seemed to be missing equipment 3. Multiple 3rd parties inside the location -after reporting the TVs we’re broken we were told the property manager would have them replaced -management replaced the TVs but altered the condo during her visit by cranking up the A/C to 78 and opened all the curtains causing the entire condo to be hot and relieving us of any privacy 4. No resolution to the wifi -we were asked to be located at the condo by the owner and Spectrum during our vacation so that the internet issue would be resolved -after stating I am on vacation I asked the management to have someone let the Spectrum representative in so they could attempt to resolve the internet issue, was told this could be arranged -not only did the management send someone to the condo he (the maintenance employee) and his wife (not an employee) let themselves in and made themselves comfortable on the couches and once again opened all the curtains causing the condo to heat up, when I asked the couple why they were inside before the Spectrum team arrived they stated that they were hot sitting in the truck waiting for their arrival 5. Limited resources at the condo, for a week stay -Upon arrival, my family and I quickly realized that there was a single roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms and a single trash bag was provided for a week stay at this condo, not a critical issue but it is an inconvenience to have to purchase extra supplies 6. Beds were in terrible condition and wildly outdated -master bedroom mattress was equivalent to sleeping in a rock hammock and caused myself and wife to have back pains everyday -Pull out couch bed frame was damaged and slanted downward, wildly uncomfortable -twin bed frames felt like they were going to fall apart

It was unfortunate that there were very bad storms prior your arrival and the cable box was struck by lightning according to the cable company and that was the reason why all the TVs and cable modem were destroyed. We did replaced all the TVs, the cable and wifi Have all been restored and we are still working with the rest of our renovations.

The house is cute and in a nice gated neighborhood. A dollar general is convenient down the street. There also is a Walmart not to far. The layout of the house is roomy and decorated well. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is softer beds.

Short and sweet
My fiancé and I stayed at this property for 3 days. We almost spent no time here but the time that we did stay here was great. We were unable to take advantage of all the amenities that they offered like the pools and basketball hoops but it was great to have them available in case that we did need them. The owner responded to all of our messages and questions really fast. I thank them for giving us a comfortable place to stay during my visit to Florida for my cousin's wedding.

2021 Christmas family vacation
This was a great place to stay. It felt save, clean and overall just a beautiful place! On my down fall was the location. If your not planning to travel to other places this is the perfect place. However if you want to the attractions and beaches seem to all be 1.5 - 2hrs away. I would recommend staying here!

Wonderful Home
We had a few hiccups pre arrival, none of which was an owner or VRBO issue. Home was spotless and appointed perfectly. Would stay again. The owner and on site contact were wonderful.

We had a great time at the house and enjoyed our time. The only issue we had was we had to talk to someone to let us in every time. I even let them know we had two vehicles. Then I did not understand why the bedrooms did not have extra sheets to bed that fit. Since we were responsible for putting clean sheets back on the beds. That was a lot to was and make sure they were put back. Also a little issue with the ants. But overall we had a great time.

We loved the house. The beds could have been a little better. Also everytime we wanted to enter we had to stop at the speaker tell them the address of the house and our name then they would have to run it by the owner. It was kind of inconvenient but we will definitely book here again!

Loved the condo, the property manager was amazing and contacted us in a timely manner when we had a question. Only thing I would say is the Dryer is older and needed at least 2 dry cycles to dry linen. Definitely would recommend the place.

The shower was very small, everything was very clean and cozy. The gate was annoying to deal with every time we came back we had to explain who we were and what the address was. I would recommend for the price if I could choose different we would have stayed more toward Orlando where all the attractions were

This is a duplex house in a really quiet neighborhood. there is a family dollar 4 min away. And everything else a bit further. It was perfect for us visiting family 10 min away. The kitchen is well stocked. And the owner stays in touch. I would go back

I liked this location and the unit for my family (3-5 people) to stay in while we were visiting relatives in the area and going to a wedding. We did not spend much time in the villa itself except for sleeping. I would mention that this location is not near any gas, grocery stores, or amusement parks so expect to drive a ways.

Nice property and amenities
We stayed here for 3 nights. We had an issue the first night getting through the security gate but after calling the property manager, it was taken care of. The house was very clean upon check in, though we did notice some ants in and around the kitchen sink the first morning we were there. The beds weren’t very comfortable but still better than hotel beds. Plenty of space for my husband, his mom and dad, our three young daughters, and myself. Lots of dining area seating. We enjoyed the clubhouse and the pool two of the nights we stayed. The biggest con for me were the fact that the property is so far from everything. We did different things in the Orlando area each day of our stay and every day, we had to drive 40-50 mins to get there. I couldn’t find any food places that delivered to the house. Any fast food or grocery store was 15-20 mins away. For that reason, we probably wouldn’t use this property again. Though if you don’t mind a long drive to get to attractions in and around Orlando, I’d recommend it.

Wonderful stay
This villa met all of our needs on many fronts -- number of bedrooms & bathrooms; location & proximity to family nearby; within our budget; and several complex amenities. The unit is tastefully decorated, neat and clean. We were very comfortable there during our stay. The Lake Marion Resort community offers many extras: two pools (one directly behind our unit), tennis courts, a basketball court, and the clubhouse has a small workout gym and a full size pool table (billiards). The staff at the clubhouse were quite friendly to interact with as well. We did not get to utilize any of the pools during our November stay since temperatures were unusually cold but I did visit each pool and found them extremely clean. Property owner, Myrline, and the on-site manager, Joyce, were each a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions & needs promptly and courteously. I would not hesitate recommending this rental to others and hope to rent it again for repeat trips when we visit family in the area.

Pros: The owner and property manager are easy to get in touch with. The set up of the condo is great and it is very well stocked (laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc in addition to paper towels, toilet paper). The condo was clean. The smaller community pool is directly behind the condo. Cons: There was a pretty bad leak from the toilet in the guest bathroom that the owner informed us about right before we arrived. There was standing water in that bathroom so we couldn't use that bathroom at all. There were ants in the kitchen. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before and after dinner but it didn't seem to help. Property manager offered to bait the ants while we were there, but I declined because we were only staying two nights and I have small children that put everything in their mouths. The bed in the master is insanely hard.

Good vacation home, need a few tweeks...
Let me start off by saying the owner is great with response times and answering questions from the time I inquired to the end of our stay! We had a little problem getting thru the gate initially, got in very late in the night; 1am, however after a quick message to the owner and call to her associate the problem was quickly resolved and we were inside. When we got to the home it was nice looking but complete darkness, so felt like we were walking into a dungeon going up to the door (a porch light upon arrival would help). In the morning we did our check around to see what we needed to buy for our stay and we discovered it wasn't much...paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper was in bathrooms,hand soap, dish soap, a couple dish washer tabs, and a few trash bags were already at our disposal (I was shocked because we have stayed at a many homes on vacation and most don't provide as much so we were thankful). Ample towels in bathrooms provided (quality of towels a different story but their were some). Bed linens in the master were awesome, and were CLEAN, we could smell the Tide in the sheets and blanket! As for the area, a bit too urban for us but felt safe enough. (When you need to show your receipt upon departure at Wal-Mart due to lots of theft its team too much for my taste). Those are the positives for this villa...now on to the negatives. Walls were very scuffed and dengy in need of retouching of paint, carpeting could use a thorough shampoo to remove all stuck in food and stains thruout the unit, there were ants upon arrival in the second bathroom, and all over the kitchen (kitchen was somewhat disgusting with grease all over the countertop from prior guest cooking, fridge had not really been cleaned, cabinets greasy with food stuck to knobs and doors etc.) We fixed the ant problem with buying a container of bleach, ant spray and a Clorox cleaner and cleaned the kitchen as it should have been before we arrived and never saw any more ants! Baseboards were so caked with dirt you can tell they never get wiped down. Would've been great to have a vacuum that was functional so renters can help maintain unit but the one there was broken. Sheets very worn in second bedroom with one bed (son couldn't use other bedroom; blown bulb in other bedroom). Towels didn't feel clean so we washed them all and rugs before use. So minor problems but functional and comfortable enough. If all these small issues are addressed this unit would go from good the great! Thankx
