Welcome to our 1876 built charming 3-bedroom house located in the historical part of Uptown Waterloo.
A 3 minute walk to find yourself in the middle of the buzzing vibe of Uptown - cafes and bakeries, live music venues and fine dining, festivals and events in the Waterloo Public Square.
We are a 5 minute walk to Waterloo Park where you can go for a morning run or an evening walk along Silver Lake.
Our well-maintained home is perfect for anyone who wants to see what Waterloo has to offer!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. We describe our space as "cozy eclectic". We like to combine beautiful vintage pieces with modern ones, to create a comfortable and visually pleasing space.

This house is an up down duplex. I live on the main floor and the suite is on the upstairs floor. Everything about the house is private and completely separated, including the front entrance. There is nothing shared between the two units.

• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $400.
• No pets.
