Loved this small apartment in the heart of Guelph. Very nice one bedroom with full kitchen. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Very comfortable. Highly recommended. Just note lots of stairs.

Very spacious room, well equipped with full kitchen, living room and bathroom amenities. Parking was difficult with construction going on downtown Guelph. Great spot to stay as long as you can check in after 3 pm when restaurant is open since that is where check in happens.

it is okay, clean but the room doesn’t have a desk if you want to work or check emails, no parking, the neaoparking charges 16$ and is not a safe area, overall it’s not good if you are travelling for work

The room is like a small studio apartment with a fridge, stove, dishes etc. It is clean and nicely furnished. The area around the hotel is under construction, so navigating the streets and parking is really difficult. There is no elevator, and lots of stairs.

Check in was interesting. There is no front desk. You go to the bar to pick up your envelope that holds your key fob to get into the building and the code to your room door. It was more of an apartment than a hotel room. It was nice. Overall clean, but some details were missed, like there were cobwebs on the walls that could've just been wiped up. If you're expecting a quiet night on a Saturday night during school term - this is not it. People were on the street screaming and fighting at the bars across the street until 3am. But it's a close walk to a lot of different fast food restaurants and the train station.

Amazing place. Has everything you need in the room whether it’s towels, coffee, utensils, cups, robes etc. Air conditioner works so well. Shampoo and body wash provided. Room is spacious and comfy. Check in was definitely a unique one haha you have to enter the bar to get your keys from bartender. Not sure why this hotel is rated as 1 star honestly.

Nice big 2 bedroom apartment but no reception, no help with luggage, no reply when I texted where to leave fob and walls have become shabby and paint blistered. I left my electronic toothbrush there but couldnt be bothered to try and contact staff because of terrible communication.

Generally a good place to stay - this is our second visit. It's nice to be downtown so dining options are walkable. The street is a bit scruffy, but downtown Guelph is reasonably attractive as a whole, and soon will be much better once the streetscape improvements are complete. The suite is comfortable and clean. It's worth noting that it's a walkup; check-in is in the bar/restaurant downstairs; and nighttime street noise can be disruptive. A few things management should address: 1) repair the wall under the A/C unit; there's no excuse for not buying a couple cans of paint and shutting down the suite for a day of painting. 2) tighten the kitchen faucet; it was loose during our previous visit over a year ago. 3) we suggest using refillable bathroom items (shampoo, body wash, etc.) rather than individual units; probably cheaper per volume, and much less wasteful.
