「room was moderately clean but at least one towel was dirty and smelled used. The whole reason we booked this hotel and the 'pool room' was to use the pool and hot tub. The pool is across their marketing and photography. When we arrived we were told the pool and hot tub were closed for the season. Had we known this we would have booked a different hotel. The photos and marketing are misleading and nothing was offered to help make it right. The front desk person wouldn't even make eye contact with...

「There was little to no hot water in the shower.」

「Great location with ocean view. Just by the ferry terminal. Easy to commute to Seattle.」

「Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. A very walkable location.」

「The pool, particularly the jacuzzi is not good. The surface is uncomfortable to walk on, the jacuzzi is not hot enough to call it a jacuzzi. When I told staff he insisted it was hot as allowed. Cold water was coming from the jets until he went in the pump room, then warmer water came out. Breakfast was good. Balcony was too small!」

「The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.」
