  • Comfortable and private home-feel-type modern apartment with one bedroom and one bath. Ground floor. Private space and separate entry. Perfect for couples. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air while relaxing or drinking your morning coffee on the back porch. This cozy getaway is nestled among live magnolia, mimosa, and oaks in the heart of the Outer Banks.

    Cozy one-bedroom and one-bath apartment on the ground floor. Private entry and the entire place to yourself. Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network.
    The kitchenette includes the following: Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker.
    Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
    Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
    There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

    We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
    Pet friendly $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs please. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives upstairs.

We loved the location and the ability to either go to the beach or use the paddle boards at the sound side. Plus we love any place that welcomes our dogs! A good location if you’re planning to eat out each night as the kitchen is limited.

Everything was so lovely! What a wonderful place to stay. Incredible host who is so, so kind. It was truly everything I could have asked for during a stay at the other banks! Especially as someone who once lived out here, this made me feel the most at home! Well definitely be coming back!

The property was very nice. The unit felt homey, relaxed, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely and the backyard so pleasant with blooming rose bushes and seating areas. Easy access, easy communications, easy everything.

We had the main level unit for our stay, with other travelers and the host in other units above. The host was communicative and very kind- she cleared up our confusion about check in and check out times immediately and checked in on us via VRBO messaging during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. The unit’s kitchen area is large and stocked with necessary basic tools to make food at the house. The shared outdoor space is lovely- we grilled multiple times out back. The location is really convenient: 10 minute walk to the ocean and less than 5 minute walk to the bay side and a really nice sunset walking path along the bay. We recommend this comfortable and convenient spot !

The apartment was very sweet and cozy! It’s perfect for a couple. It had everything you need to cook and have a nice meal if you weren’t going out to dinner. Everything was clean and stocked. The host had amazing communication. The hot tub was awesome and with sharing the space with the host & 2 other couples on the property, I would’ve thought we had to fight to use to the hot tub, but that wasn’t the case at all, which was fantastic. The check out instructions were just to make sure the dishes were clean and the trash was taken out, so no huge chore list, which is refreshing coming from a vrbo host! Loved that it was dog friendly, we didn’t bring our pup, but will next time! Thanks for a fun vacay!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. It was the perfect amount of space for us and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, and house was quiet despite staying with other guests. Necla was very kind and checked in on us during our stay. Hot tub and sound access was wonderful. Close to shops and restaurants, hard to walk to the beach with crossing the main road but we had no problem finding free beach parking so it was not an issue. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic introverted Thanksgiving here. Our two dogs loved sniffing around the roses in the garden. The hot tub was much needed on this chilly time of year and the kitchen had everything we needed for our feast.
