“I stayed here one night after landing in stone town. Perfect spot to nap on and off to get through the jet lag and be right in the heart of stone town. Extremely walkable to sites. The rooms are spacious, excellent shower and super comfy bed. Very clean and was just what I was looking for. Please note that it was a bit difficult to find. The taxi just dropped me off on the main road because cars can’t access the small streets. Once you know where it is, it’s super simple to return to”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool with good upkeep and generally tidy grounds. Can't really complain about anything major. Even if it's not exactly 5-star accommodation they are making a good effort to cater to the needs of westerners. The restaurant has plenty of ambience and again the staff is friendly but the service is slow (this is endemic in Zanzibar though) and the breakfast selection is quite basic. “Good service, nice spartment, great pool area, delicious restaurant, close to the beach and a good place for your vacation. But no Wifi inside the apartment and overall very bad connection. Could be a little bit cheaper in our opinion. Supermarket and ATM is a little far to walk.”

“I stayed one night, next morning the smell of sewerage from the bathroom drain was horrendous. I left the hotel immediately . The stairs to the top floors are steep & dangerous . Not a pleasant experience .”
