「Room was clean and comfortable. But when we walked into our room, the smoke smell was strong. I had to go ask for changing a room. The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. Actually, it was very empty. So this is the first time I gave a negative comment. Thanks!」

「It's one of the best accommodation experience we had in Turkey. The whole hotel is very beautiful, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious. The most important of all, the host family is very friendly and helpful. The street in front of the hotel is very small, and you shouldn't drive in there.

「This is our favorite hotel in our 21day trip in Turkey. It is amazingly beautiful and so convinent to walk around. The hotel staffs were very helpful they assited us in parking, carring our luggages to our room, giving us suggestions to the nearby restaurants and major attractions. We had a wonderful time there. We would like to come back if possible. Oh, their free breakfasts were so lavish and colorful. We were just stunned. Highly recommend it. 」

「Mardius was a stunning hotel located with amazing views of the Mesopotamian plains and a close walk to the main streets of the old city of Mardin. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with parking. The rooms were beautifully restored and decorated in the region's style and breakfast was a sumptuous feast! 10/10 would recommend」
