New hotel with many things finding their places. Good: brand new hotel. Rooms being used for the first time. Personnel very friendly. Central location with nice views . Good breakfast. Bad: renovations still ongoing around. Views good partially - contruction work and wip area not the best sight until completed nearby. Also Hotel still has some contruction related issues to be fixed, like dripping sink (fixed on request), bathroom air flow that was apparently turned off as nothing dried anymore after first night in bathroom (was not fixed per request).

Beautiful new hotel with a great location right on the harbor! Well priced and the location in Klaksvik was fantastic for all of the sights and hiking we did in the Islands. I'd highly recommend staying here on your trip!

NEVER AGAIN! NIE WIEDER! - Vorwort: Ich habe 9 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und muss sagen, es war meine schlechteste Hotel-Erfahrung jemals! - Check In Bei der Anreise in der Nacht wollte ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption den vollen Gesamtbetrag der Buchung, obwohl dieser bereits über Expedia vollständig bezahlt wurde. Die Buchungsplattform musste diesen Vorfall telefonisch & schriftlich mit dem Hotel klären. Beim Check Out merkte ich schnell, dass das Problem vom Hotel ausging. Mehr dazu später. Das Frühstück habe ich vor Ort seperat zur Expedia Buchung über meine Kreditkarte gebucht & bezahlt. Mit Kurtaxe für einen Betrag von 320€. Für den letzten Tag wurde mir eine Lunchbox angeboten, da früher CheckOut. Diesem Angebot habe ich zugestimmt. Vollen Frühstückspreis habe ich dafür bezahlt. - Zimmer Erster Eindruck sauber. Zimmer war direkt neben einer Baustelle über dem Haupteingang im 1. Stock. Die Bettwäsche hat nach dem vorherigen Gast gerochen. Das geht gar nicht! Die „Matratze“ war alles andere als bequem. - Frühstück Kostet 30€/Tag. Buffet war in Ordnung. Aufstrich, Brot jeglicher Art sowie Obst und Getränke reichlich vorhanden. Nette & freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksbuffet. - Während dem Aufenthalt Mir wurde das Zimmer gesperrt. Grund unbekannt. Ich musste es an der Rezeption entsperren lassen. - Check Out Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass erneut eine offene Rechnung aussteht. Erst vom Restaurant. Dort habe nie gegessen. Dann das Frühstück. Obwohl ich dies

Alles ist super neu und zum Teil noch im Bau. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt. Wir fanden die Betten zu weich. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Sie waren niegelnagelneu. Das Frühstück ist prima, der Café dazu sehr gut. Wir ha en einmal im Restaurant gegessen. Das war klasse. Besonders die Linguini sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Wir würden hier wieder buchen!

Hotellet er helt nyt og knap nok åbnet hvilket det bar præg af, med håndværkere og ufærdige områder på hotellet. Det lå på en stor byggeplads og var det man kiggede på når man så ud af vinduerne. OK morgenmad. Personalet havde ikke et bykort og var ikke videre behjælpsomme med hvad vi kunne se en søndag eftermiddag.
