“Good”

“Generally, our stay was okay. However, the reservation was for three people, and the room was only prepared for two. I opened the sofa bed and found that there were no sheets on it. I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided. When I opened the sofa bed, a dead cockroach came out. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Housekeeping never……

“My reservation was changed due to my request for king bed to double first issue when check in. 2nd ac not working took to long to cool rm.3 toilet too low have bad knee so difficult to sit lol.4 Tub very slippery due to product available for shower gel. “The place has potential, but they are remodeling and really they should close down, remodel, then reopen. We had 2 rooms, 1 room the TV didn't work but they immediately brought in a brand new, in the box, TV. The Dish network they have has a terrible picture in all the rooms. 1 shower was upgraded pretty nice, the other didn't have hot water. The plug at the bathroom counter didn't work, neither did the hair dryer, and the fridge door was all rusted. BUT, the pool area is cool, and you can……

“Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. “Room was overall okay, but we didn't not have hair conditioner and struggled with the key to enter room. The hot tub by the pool does not work and looks old but they do keep the pool open until late which my boys enjoyed.”

“This was hands down the most horrific and terrible motel experience of our entire lives, and it completely ruined our very first vacation to this area. We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Even worse, they did not even provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, leaving us with absolutely nothing to wash……

“The only thing that could use some changes would be the showers, water goes everywhere when one is showering and the shower head could be better if it could be adjusted.”
