“I came up with my teenage son and some of his far-flung friends who usually only meet on zoom and wanted to have a getaway together. They cooked, hiked and played board games. Everyone liked the house. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Very roomy. Lovely rural area to explore. Everything we could want for our stay except the wifi could be better. There was decent cell service though.”

“Great house in a great location. Everything my family needed for memorable trip was provided and then some. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the water for swimming, paddle boarding, and boating. We will definitely look into booking this again in the future.”

“The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. Didn't kayak (tho they were there and ready for us), but some of us went swimming and really enjoyed that. Well-appointed home, very comfortable and fun. Thank you, Martine”

“We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! “Set in a nice community in the mountains near a golf course. Well-appointed throughout the property. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ and utensils, bath, and washer and dryer (though washer was quite noisy). There is a nice deck amongst the pines where you can BBQ, a dining table shaded by upper rental's deck, and an area clear to the sun with chairs to kick your feet up.
