「Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. And the true sign of great service is how it works when life throws in a curve ball.( in our case it was having to arrive earlier than planned and earlier than...

「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...
