"Market View" 2Br, 2ba, Best view of the Market Square, Great Location

Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

If you can gather all trash, that would be great. If staying weekly, please let us know and we can dispose or there is a recycle and trash station to the right as you exit onto the Wall Ave entrance.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Both times have been great! You can’t beat the location and the property is clean, there are plenty of toiletries, and snacks just in case u need them. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Apartment is well furnished and even had snacks. Windows don’t seal great so a little drafty but not bad. There is a bare downstairs so it can be loud at night.

The place was very clean, well stocked and exactly as shown in the pictures. Convenient to everything. We very much appreciated the stocked drinks, snacks and toiletries (shampoos, conditioners, soap, etc. )

Perfect location!

My daughter and I came to Knoxville for a concert and this location was perfect. The check in process was a breeze and so easy to park in the garage a block away. We didn’t use our car all weekend! It was noisy at night, but we were prepared as this was in the property description.

Weekend Getaway

The property was a perfect location. Right in Market Square. Furniture was comfortable, which you don’t always find in rentals. If I had chosen to cook, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. If we decide to visit Knoxville again, we will definitely check availability of this property.

Staying here was a breeze. Apartment is in a great location, overnight parking is close and Market Square is right outside your window. Expect it to be a bit noisy, you're staying downtown afterall. The property owner ensures there are plenty of ear plugs scattered throughout the space! We got a laugh out of that!!

Location couldn’t be better and the owners are so nice! My daughters grandmother stayed and loved-the only thing she mentioned she would have liked would have been cable and wine glasses. No big deal and It was still amazing though! Thanks again Bernadette!

Great time

For the most part the 4 of us were very pleased with the condo...the location, kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable main room and bathrooms....all wonderful. The treats and beverages were very much appreciated also. Our only negatives were in regard to the hallway bedroom....the mattress was terribly uncomfortable and the blinds need to be replaced. The bright lights from the outside couldn't be blocked out. We enjoyed parking in the nearby parking garage for free over the weekend.

Never disappoints

The owners are just the best people! I’ve lost track how many times we have stayed at their various lofts now. You feel right at home with the added bonus of having the heart of Knoxville just steps away. Loft is clean with anything you need. Excellent location and always feel safe.
