Knuthenborg Safaripark

The room itself was great. We booked one of the penthouse suites and we were upgraded to the more spacious one (because of renovations, they said). So that was lovely. It was a beautiful room. Very clean, spacious living area and balcony. The bathrooms were very nice, but when you ran the hot water the pressure dropped significantly, but still worked just fine. The only issue was the elevator door. It would only open part of the way when we got to the top floor and I’d have to pry it open by hand. Also, our refrigerator wasn’t working and was literally 100 degrees inside. Thankfully, after a couple tries, the woman from the front desk was able to get it fixed. She was super helpful and very pleasant! I really appreciate how friendly and helpful she was! On our last day, while I was getting dressed, the man from the front desk was walking around on our balcony (there must be access from the other room on the floor), cleaning or whatever he was doing. Once I noticed him right outside my bedroom window, I swiftly went over and closed the curtains. Keep in mind, this was a few hours before check out. He should have waited until we left. All in all, it was very reasonably priced and in a great location.
