We were scammed, they sold our room for 3 PPL and gave us a single room. The room was dirty, no power for 2 days, dirty toilet, dirty bed.

This hotel needs to be removed from every site!! The place is filthy and dangerous... One of our group fell over the balcony which is knee height and is seriously ill. In hospital with punctured lungs and fractures to her spine... The hotel staff did nothing to help and have shown no compassion whatsoever... Please do not stay jete....

Only good for a full moon party trip if there are no other options. Staff was friendly but the rooms were dirty and the water broke down for a whole day and a half.

Brilliant pool but let down by cockroaches and millipedes in the bedroom and a bad lock that makes you feel unsafe. The mattress had various red stains and overall was a horrible stay; we slept 40 minutes.
