Staff were very friendly and informative. Location was great and parking was secure. Rooms were clean and fit for our purpose which was just for sleeping. Curtains in the room only covered maybe half the width of the window but the external shutters blocked most light. This may be an issue if you want a lie in. Friday night was a little noisy given its location on Main Street but this died down quickly. I would stay here again if I returned to Koblenz.

The room is rather small, but very well kept and use the space efficiently. The windows do a very good job in sound proofing the noise from the main street. Would go again.

Nice hotel, not so nice front desk

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.

Das Zimmer war mit 16 m² von der Größe her in Ordnung, jedoch insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. An den Wänden waren Flecken sichtbar, die Duschkabine wirkte nicht mehr gepflegt und die Sauberkeit schien eher oberflächlich. Der Rollladen funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass viel Licht von der Hauptstraße ins Zimmer fiel; die Vorhänge boten dafür leider keinen Ausgleich. Ein Öffnen des Fensters war wegen des Straßenlärms kaum möglich. Positiv war die vorhandene Klimaanlage, allerdings war sie direkt am Bett angebracht und dadurch nicht optimal. Fazit: Ausreichend für eine Übernachtung, aber mit deutlichem Renovierungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf.

Empfang sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Fenster sollte man nicht über Nacht geöffnet lassen, Wochenende ist es sehr laut. Durch die Klimaanlage die sehr gut ist, konnte man bei geschlossenen Fenster aber gut schlafen
