「房間內沒有吹風機，打電話到櫃檯和房務沒有人接，後來到平台上留言，再打一次電話到櫃檯，同時就有員工送過來了。 只是我剛好和櫃檯在講電話，這時員工以為房間內沒有人，就直接開門了，有一點嚇到。 不過整體來說房間乾淨，也很舒適，早餐也不錯。若有機會會再回訪」

「Good place to sleep/eat, close to venues/shops. Shower was good, radio in bathroom was a nice surprise. Our room was very small. Was very disappointed they would not accommodate our emergency cancellation for a second room that was not used」

「Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und das Frühstück hammer! Grosse Auswahl. Herzliche Gastgeber. Sauber war es schon, aber das Haus ist halt wirklich schon alt und das hat man im Dachapartement (Fenster, Wände) durchaus gemerkt. Einrichtung sehr spartanisch aber ok. Babybett tiptop. Das Apartement würden wir nicht nochmals buchen, es war für den Preis einfach nicht gut/zu alt, schlechter Zustand. Man muss aber sagen, dass die Gastgeber so dermassen freundlich und zuvorkommend waren, dass sie...

「This is not a luxurious Hotel, but very "down to earth". I had stayed here 4 nights altogether, and always find the staff helpful and friendly, i.e. finding locations, restaurant suggestions, helping out with documents, luggages and so on. A reliable and decent Hotel. If you are looking for a decent place to stay in Wiesbaden, I recommend this one.」

「The carpet could use a good cleaning and the bathroom tiles could use a little more attention when cleaning. The bathroom faucets were broken, but useable. Front desk said they were aware of this prior to check in and could have someone repair during our stay. We chose not to have them repaired. Just figured out how to work around them. Everyone was helpful. Ideal location for us as we were without a car and visiting the Christmas markets in Wiesbaden and the surrounding area. Would most...
