“Absolutely amazing. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Hosts responded immediatly to my messages even gave me directions to the game we were attending. The cabin was so cute and unique. Everything about this property is 5 stars. I would highly recommend this property and plan to visit again . ”

“The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.”

“Very clean hotel. Accommodating staff- we arrived early and were able to check within 30 mins with a fee but worth it. ”

“Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room……

“Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. ”
