“One of my favourite places I stayed while in Thailand for a month. Very clean and I loved my private room with the balcony. Great breakfast and the free beach shuttle was great. I did get woken up by nearby cockerels every morning but I didn't mind. The hostel didn't have a social vibe while I was there but I think that was more down to the people who were staying there at the time.”

“This hotels is an absolute hidden gem, it’s such a lovely hotel with wonderfully lovely owners who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s in a great location between Sairee Beach and hin Wong bay. And it was just such a big difference from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Koh Tao. Would definitely stay here again and again. Could not speak more highly of it. Thanks for having us”

“New hostel (some rooms were still in construction in December 2018), beds with curtains so you can close yourself and have privacy or sleep, 3 showers and 3 toilets per room with 10 beds, balcony with awesome view in front of the room, friendly staff, bar downstairs. Great place, fully recommended”

“Très bon accueil. Chambre correcte. L'espace toilettes douche est pas au top mais pour le prix on fait avec. Il y avait des activités organisées le soir. Au top. Le matin, j'ai même eu le droit à un petit dej offert.”

“I stayed in the dorm closest to reception for 1 night with late checkout. Staff were very helpful and understanding, thankfully with a very good level of English too! Food is okay, maybe a little pricey compared to other places, but live acoustic music outside every night. 3 for 2 cocktails makes it worth it if doing rounds with 2 friends! Overall a good stay! Thankyou :)”

“Clean rooms. The small wall with each bed gives a nice little bit of privacy. They have a fridge and microwave you can use, which in my experience is fairly rare in this part of the world, so greatly appreciated. ”

“I booked the single room with fan and access to public bathrooms. It was a relaxed guesthouse with a handful of other travelers. Free coffee was nice. The price and location were great. Only negative was the heat in the rooms during the day! I’m sure the rooms with A/C were better. But anyways, thas why you go to the beach :) The gueshouse offers plenty of amenities too. Cheap food, bike rentals, and tour information. Lovely staff overall! And a friendly dog too.”

“Quiet family run hostel attached to a dive school. Dorm is comfortable and has 2 bathrooms. Restaurant attached serves great food. Excellent value for the island. Would recommend ”

“Helt ok opphold. Personalet var ikke særlig sosiale. Gymmet de hadde fungerte omtrent ikke. Rommene var rene og greie. Nydelig plassering da! Borte fra alt bråk, men likevel sentralt. ”

“I stayed at Living Chilled for 15 nights and I could not have hoped for a better stay! I usually like comfort when traveling alone, and the room looked very clean on pictures. I was not disappointed, the room was fantastic with a fan and air con, a fridge, a coffee machine, a modern TV with HDMI, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with hot water and a lot of space. A cleaner cleaned the room everyday and I had daily bottles of water. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and awesome. And the……

“At reception you are given bedding to make the bed yourself !! You are only provided with a small itchy blanket as a cover. The bathrooms are on a different level to where the beds are. There is an area where you can get free coffee and a sofa where you can watch TV.”

“１階にBARと食堂があり上が部屋になってます。泊まった部屋はとても狭く、長期滞在したいとは思いませんでした。ただ不潔さはなく、飲んで寝るだけならいいかも”

“5박 예약하고 갔는데 환불불가였음에도 불구하고 체크인 후 바로 체크아웃함. 5박 예약한 돈 다 그냥 포기하고 나옴. 아주 결단력있고 박력있게 체크아웃하는 스스로의 모습에 감탄할 수 있음. 일단 체크인해주는 직원이 라운지 바닥에 있는 개미 수천마리들을 아무렇지 않게 맨발로 밟고 다니시는거보고 그의 자연친화적 성격에 감탄가는함. 방은 또 어떻게. 방에 개미 거미 온갖 벌레들이 환영해줌. 바닥 침대 위 옷장 어디에든 다 있음. 체크인 벌레들이 해주는줄 알았음. 그리고 일단 해변과 굉장히 멀리 떨어져있음. 다른 리조트 호텔 다 지나고 걸어서 언덕올라가면서 육수 뿜어낼때쯤 산속에 나홀로있는 숙소 발견하고 저절로 부처님찾게됨. 진짜 불교국가임. 또 얼마나 조용하게. 주변에 아무것도 없음. 도로뿐임. 아 개미 거미 있음. 육수좔좔 때양볕 아래서 생활운동위해 메인 해변에서 걸어서 30분 언덕 올라서 개미거미들과 함께 자면서 태국의 자연을 느낄 사람들에게는 추천함”

“Good location and nice beds to sleep in, comfy and doesn’t creak so much. Bt the back door view is crappy with construction, the pool is green. But the bar has one of the better fire shows and very friendly staff”

“Beds are to hard everyone in my room woke up very sore necks and backs. Staff are not educated enough yo deal with educated visitors, location is in pricier part of island food is alot cheaper and more options staying near the port area vs. Away which is where this place is far away from port. ”

“Hatten das Crazy Purple, es war sehr modern und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Unterkunft sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Man braucht definitiv einen Roller, da es schon eher abgelegen liegt, aber man ist in 5 Minuten mitten im Trubel. Bucht am besten über die Unterkunft ein Taxi, ist 100Baht günstiger. Rollenverleih über die Unterkunft ist auch gut, fragt nur wirklich vorher wie teuer es sein wird, da wir 3 volle Tage zahlen mussten, obwohl der erste Tag erst um 18……
