“Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. ”

“Does exactly what is says in the tin. Great location in the heart of town, facilities all spot on. Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and nice. Staff all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was very kind and helpful … we came to ski as first timers and had no idea where to go…but they helped us through it! You can walk right to one mountain and then take a bus to the other… the bus stop is right up the street. Breakfast and dinner were also amazing..very Austrian! We loved it! “the roon was in good condition. when i arrive at the reception after a long and tired journey i was told that i had to pay a tax o 10 Euros per day to park the car as my book was made thougth Expedia. I am not happy for paying such a tax and had the feeling of an unnecessary extra rip-off without any previous information clear stated any where.”

The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. ”
