Located just a short stroll from Poipu Beach Park and minutes from iconic spots like Shipwreck Beach, Spouting Horn, and Old Koloa Town, this island oasis puts you close to everything while still feeling tucked away.

Inside, the condo is tastefully decorated with island-inspired décor and features a comfortable king bed, quality linens, and louvered windows that welcome the cooling trade winds. Ceiling fans throughout help keep the space breezy and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the full-sized washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the incredible views from the balcony, but the condo has some issues. The bathroom is outdated and the shower/bathtub combo did not drain well. The carpet was somewhat dirty and stained. Overall we loved the views and were not very happy with the actual space but we mostly stayed outside so it didn't bother us that much.

Great location for exploring Mauai. Condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Easy, quick trip to Poipu Beach. Great views from balcony. Easy check-in/checkout. Highly recommend.

Great location for Poipu/Brennekes/Shipwreck. Sunsets amazing!

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. I was a bit hesitant to book because there were only 2 reviews before me, but everything was perfect! The place was well stocked, better than is typical with condos managed by a company and not an individual owner. There were plenty of functioning non-stick pans, and all the kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for cooking at home. We used the grill below the parking lot for steaks. In the closet were 4 beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear and 2 beach umbrellas. There were salt/pepper/spices in the cupboard. The condo is located on the side of the building that is not just behind the road, so is quite a bit quieter than those in the other wing. In addition, the lanai faces directly toward the sunset and we really enjoyed dinner out there each evening. It is about a 10 minute walk to Brennekes Beach. Overall it was everything we needed for a great vacation!

Reviewer Comments: all good - nice unit, well equipped, great view.HOWEVER - your instructions for the lockbox caused a delay in getting into the unit - it said the lockbox code was on the left of the page - what was on the left was a different number - fortunately Dennis was able to get us into the unit and Derek from your central staff later called with the correct (2 digit) code. also, I'm not from AL, should read 'from CA'
