“Das Hotel ist von der Anlage her wirklich super. Alles ist sauber und die Poollandschaft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Würden wir wieder buchen? Nein. Für 5 Sterne fehlen doch noch einige Sachen: Lustloses und zum Teil unkoordiniertes Personal. So wartet man schon mal eine halbe Stunde auf seine Cola, weil jemand die Bestellubg”

We had a fantastic time but we weren't ready to leave the place so we will return hopefully very soon.”

“The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste………
