" We’ve stayed in several condos in Kona, but nothing compares to this oasis—it was truly amazing! The location was perfect, close to the beach and Alii Drive. The condo was exceptionally well-stocked, not just with kitchen basics but so much more. The garage was a treasure trove with snorkel gear, boogie boards, pool toys, and more. The outdoor deck was ideal for relaxing in the evenings, watching the kids swim while enjoying the cool breeze. With five adults and two kids (ages 10 and 12), we had more than enough space to spread out comfortably. We will definitely be back"
"Really enjoyed our stay. Tanya at Concierge was extremely helpful and so willing to help. The breakfast bar at Piko was great for a quick morning bite. Enjoy the gift shop as it has many cool merchandise. You can purchase coffee in gift shop for much less than hotel if you are not a picky coffee drinker. The pools are wonderful and sunset views are amazing. "

"This was the perfect stay! The house is very nice and well kept, in a gated community, and has a great bathroom. It is perfect for a couples getaway. The host was very active and sent multiple ideas on things to do. Also checked with a news channel to keep an eye on possible bad weather. We will be back and checking with Avi on availability! "The house was amazing with a beautiful view. There was 7 of us (3 couples and one single individual) we all had our own room with privacy. The beds were a bit firm for our liking but we made do. The house in general was spacious, clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets & pillows, dishes, pots & pans and toiletries. They even had beach gear like snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and pool noodles. The sitting pool was a bit chilly but overall nice and relaxing. The property manager answered and showed up quickly when we blew a fuse (to many ladies doing the hair at once, lol).The reason I gave the listing 4 stars instead of 5 is because there should have been a better description of the driveway. It was only wide enough for a single car and very steep, narrow and curved. There was no where to turn around once at the top so you have to back down it. If we would have known this we would have rented 2 small cars instead of a Suburban (which we kept parked at the bottom of the driveway and walked up it).I would recommend this property but just be prepared for the driveway if you intend on having a bigger vehicle. I added a picture of the driveway from the top but you cannot see all of it because of the curve. Also a picture of the beautiful sunset from the lanai."

"This property was perfect for our group. It provided adequate beds and bathrooms. The close proximity to beaches and food was great. It offered spectacular views of the ocean and evening sunsets. The pool and spa were enjoyed as well. The property manager was informative and even allowed us to check in early. We would definitely stay here again!"

"No words can convey the spectacular sunset views from the lanai. It’s a great unit and not really a studio as the bedroom is separated from the living room and kitchen. We appreciate the water hose to rinse our beach/dive gear, right next to where we park our car. We will definitely try to stay here next time we come to Kona."
