Sunny Villa, stylish and modern with private pool
Sunny Villa is located in Cilipi, a town situated 5 km from Cavtat, and from Dubrovnik is 20 km away. The villa is surrounded by green garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation and is perfect for a pleasant holiday and a break from stress.
Rebuild stone house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. It has two bedrooms with king size beds, bedroom with a single bed, sofa bed in a living room, two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi and one with walk in shower, outdoor grill and terrace with a private pool.
Villa features stylish touches at every turn, with contemporary furnishings and modernized appliances throughout. Open-concept living space and a completely updated kitchen, tastefully decorated bedrooms and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool promise an unforgettable vacation.
The sandy beaches are located in Cavtat, while known Konavle rocks beach are 1.5 km south of the villa.
Konavle rocks beach like local people and all who want to avoid the crowds and noise. Along Konavle rocks extends the pine tree forest with hiking trails with beautiful views to the open sea. Center of the Cilipi is 1 km away, and in the center are restroran, pizzeria, coffee shop, post office, ATM and museum. Every Sunday in the center of Cilipi is a folklore performances for tourists. In Cavtat, which is located on the coast there are numerous restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, museums, hotels and the beautiful seaside promenade. Konavle has opened a number of rural households with traditional food and ambiance. Also, the activities that are suitable for this area are mountain biking and horseback riding and the safari ride with a track which is long 11 km.
Villa is bathed in sunshine the whole day from sunrise to sunset, while the evenings are peaceful, pleasant, not too hot as there is almost always at night a light breeze of air.

Beautiful villa in quiet neighbourhood
The villa was a bit hard to find as the housenumber wasn’t clear descibed in the instructions. We were warm welcomed by Zoran and Marina. We stayed in this beautiful villa for 1 week. The villa was well provided with dishwasher tablets, herbs for cooking a lot of towels. We loved the pool and the several sitting areas. The villa is located close to the airport, you can sometimes hear the planes far away, but it didn’t bother us. Marina and Zoran responded very quickly on our questions. We would definitely come back!

Aangename en goed uitgeruste woning. Zeer goede bedden en heel comfortabele badkamer.
Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de verkenning van de streek. Mooie wandelmogelijkheden in de onmiddellijke omgeving.
Aangename tuin met zwembad en goede BBQ-uitrusting.
In de lounge was het aangenaam vertoeven.
Heel behulpzame en zeer bereikbare eigenaars die alles in het werk stellen om de gasten een aangenaam verblijf te bezorgen.

Great location and excellent property
When we booked the property we were slightly nervous about the proximity to the airport. There was no need. It is so convenient and peaceful. Each day we went to explore some of the wonderful beaches in the morning, came back and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and then either used the bbq or went to restaurants in Ljuta, cavtat or cilipe.
There is so much to see and do in the area.
I would definitely recommend getting a car to enable you to visit the many gorgeous places along the coastline.
Zoran and marina were lovely hosts.

Excellent - no fault found whatsoever.
Marina and Zoran should be proud of the work that they have done in presenting the house to this standard. Location is ideal with it only being a few minutes drive from Cavtat and within easy reach of Dubrovnik itself ( 20km ). I was initially concerned at the proximity of the house to the airport itself but my concerns were not merited. It was a pleasure in driving 2 minutes from airport to house and also in returning to airport after the week was over. The distant noise of aircraft traffic itself was actually quite soothing and of no detriment whatsoever to enjoying the stay at the house. The pool and amenities were all well kept and everything was to hand. Myself, wife and two teenage children had a great week and I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who was interested in visiting Croatia / Dubrovnik. Can't fault anything about house nor holiday itself. Actually found the Croatian peoples temperament to be very helpful and kind and it was a pleasure visiting their country. Thanks for everything Marina and Zoran and pass my thanks on to Luko also. 👍

Beautiful property. Stylishly modernised and with all faculties.
Absolutely lovely. Private pool and lovely garden with gazebo for a relaxing drink.
Villa has lovely interior decor and the bedrooms have 5 star comfortable king size beds. Air conditioning throughout and excellent wifi
Fully equipped kitchen and lovely bathrooms with whirlpool bath.
