Villa Luce

This newly built house is located in a small place called Čilipi, in the heart of Konavle region.
Surrounded by nature, away from urban noise, it is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, but still, close enough to enjoy in beautiful Dubrovnik and the region.
Outside area consists of a parking area, children's playground with swings and slides, swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, barbecue and dining area. Terraces spread all around the house, but offers you total privacy so that you can completely enjoy the whole property.
The inside of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and living room. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the whole house is air conditioned.
Čilipi is a small place, perfectly situated so that you can enjoy peace and beautiful nature. There is a supermarket, caffes, pizza place, hairdresser, post office etc. just 1km away from the house. There is also a museum, a beautiful church and a Sunday folklore show. Also 2 km away there is a beautiful hidden rocky beach where you can enjoy the crystal blue sea.
This house is only 6km away from Cavtat, a beautiful small town where you can enjoy the beach, restaurants, bars and a lot of water sports and activities.
We recommend you to rent a car during your stay, since the public transport is very poor and there are a lot of beautiful places, beaches, restaurants and attractions to visit.
