For a relaxing family getaway, Villa Lucija in peaceful village of Cilipi offers a private pool, jacuzzi, sea view, and easy access to Dubrovnik. This 120 m² penthouse includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, family room, and two balconies. The outdoor area features a jacuzzi, BBQ, dining space, sunbeds, and a lounge sofa – all exclusively yours.
Villa Lucija is located in a small village of Cilipi, 22 km south of Dubrovnik and 8 km from Cavtat, one of Top 10 European Best Destinations in 2019 and 2021. The village has long tradition of folklore dances performed every Sunday in front of St. Nicholas church. In a walking distance from Villa Lucija there are several restaurants, pizzeria and 3 cafe bars.
The apartment in our Villa consists of three bedrooms accomodating 6 person. One bedroom comprises either King size bed or 2 single beds and other two bedrooms provide Queen size beds. Two private bathrooms are at your disposal as well.
From a comfortable and newly furnished living and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen you can enjoy breathtaking view over the sea and cypress wood. Enjoying in a morning cafe at the balcony with beautiful sea view and the bird song will surely be one of your greatest vacation memories.
All the rooms and the living area are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system, SAT TV and free Wi-Fi.
By the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area there is also a kitchen with BBQ area. If you prefer sun - our 6 sunbeds, pool towels and poolside shower are at your disposal. If you prefer shade you can relax in a lounge area overlooking pristine nature and the sea. From our outdoor jacuzzi area the water falls slightly into the pool. Property, south faced, is fenced so you will enjoy full privacy and sun all day long.

In the night, when all is quiet, you can relax and enjoy in a sky full of stars surrounded by illuminated stone walls and olive tree.
