「The staff at the property were super friendly, from the Reception to the breakfast, pool/bar and the cleaning service. Very welcoming! The property has a beautiful beach in front, which is a bit wavy at times, but the early morning swim was always calm and clear water. We would definitely revisit!」

「The room was clean and well appointed, with a great balcony that had wonderful views of the ocean and town. The rooftop pool overlooking the ocean was incredible, as we had it to ourselves a few days we were there.
The family that runs the accommodations are a sweet bunch and very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a hiccup with our car rental, and the father was able to help us by contacting the car rental directly and also get us a discount!
There is also a lovely spread of breakfast...

「It is a unique property with a country house feel to it.
The front desk team, the breakfast team, and the pool team are superb. They all work well together, accommodating each of our requests for assistance or information.

「What a gem! Nikos was very helpful when checking in. Gave us a map of old town with lots of recommendations for dining and things to do. Room was clean and fridge had water, beer, juice and some snacks stocked - was great! Very close to everything in old town. Only stayed one night - wished we had another 2 nights. Από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο Θυμέλη, νιώσαμε ότι βρισκόμασταν σε έναν χώρο γεμάτο φροντίδα, αισθητική και αυθεντική ελληνική φιλοξενία. 「This is the best hotel I’ve ever been in Greece. Excellent breakfast (the home-made jam was perfect), clean room, quiet location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is so good that it only takes 5 minutes to walk to bus stop and there’re many shops down the stairs outside the hotel, convenient to buy anything we need. What an enjoyable stay!」
