What a beautiful place! It was very convenient to stay here with our baby and the staff were so overwhelmingly joyous and helpful with him. Book a room away from the pool area as the loud music was a challenge for day naps. "Fiji time" will mean you miss out on things so if you're Type A, don't go with the flow completely and book ahead for activities like the glass bottom boat and restaurants. You need to book days ahead. Communication systems could be improved like a notification when you can snorkel, tides changed quickly. The snorkelling just a metre off the sand is unreal!!

Had a good holiday at the Warwick. 3rd time back there. Food was disappointing this time. Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as the last times. Staff are wonderful. Sunset bar was closed for Reno’s which was a pity as we enjoyed going there last time. Such a beautiful spot and nice snorkeling straight infront of the resort.

Warrick advitises as a 5 star luxury resort. While i agree the resort is stunning and the staff are awesome, warm,helpful icannot speak more highly. We left disappointed mainly because our room, i cannot give 5stars for it at all. I chatted with a manager and in all fairness they did their best to resolve our issues. We settled our bill night b4 leaving as we had a early pick up. We ordered a wake up call and were also told that they would call the company taking us back to make sure they were still coming and call our room to let us know. We didnt get the wake up call or the confirmation. Japanese restaurant is great was our fav. Italian was good as was the sadfood

Some days the towel hut ran out of towels. Every day the restaurants were fully booked so you were relegated to back rooms. Many instances of disrepair across the resort. We stayed at two other resorts around Fiji and even the “Bula” from the staff were less emotive at the Warwick. Everything else met expectations but things like not having towels and not being able to be seated for dinner are not acceptable.

The Warwick Fiji Resort is at times amazing and at others times poor, so it is hard to provide a balanced review. So, the negatives first: It is dated and some aspects are tired and in need it repair (rooms and facilities). The food and drinks are very expensive! Some staff can be rude, but this was a minority. It is a long way from the airport, over 2 hours. Now, the positives: Wicked Walu is an amazing restaurant, even given the prices The staff in general are friendly, kind and helpful. The overall cost is good for what you get The facilities are good, if dated The snorkeling is excellent for a on resort option Activities were good Buffet changed each day, a nice selection of general foods, if not amazing. If you can afford the suite upgrade it is well worth it for the extra space and access to the Warwick club (afternoon drink and evening aperitif), which was the highlight for us. Definitely book all inclusive or full board to save money on lunch and dinner costs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but set your expectations for what you are paying.
