The staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The hotel is really fast and there's no transportation to town. They charge $25 for airport transfer. The room has several things broken and it flooded when I showered. The view was a junk yard. There's no privacy. I do not recommend at all.

Shared space was all ours. Very low bathroom sink. Earlier checkin is $50. Clutterred restaurant. Nice restaurant view. Responsive cheerful staff. No daily maid service. Appliances buttons are not in English, but Chinese. No washcloths or hand towels.

Rooms were very spacious. Mine consisted of a large common area with kitchen and couch/Tv and 3 private bedrooms with baths. Would be a great place for a family or group. Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not open for business yet but was served a delicious breakfast and awesome coffee. They rent snorkel gear which you can use at the beach or any number of parks. The water here is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Shell Villa is a home away from home. The rooms are large and very comfortable with a sofa and huge soaker bathtub. The staff are very caring and attentive. They go out of their way to ensyou are happy and have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. I felt sad to leave because the staff made me ferl like family.

A wonderful stay, large room, comfortable beds, everything-included kitchen, living room, large living room inside bedoom, very fast internet, clean and great service with free airport pick-up and drop-off if staying 4 nights or longer, excellent breakfast delivered every morning to our room. The resort asked me what time I would check in and I checked in about 15 minutes after I said I would. Despite that, the small room air conditioner had not been turned on and it was over 90 deg F in the room when I arrived after 5 pm in the evening. I left for 3 hours hoping it would cool down but it was still warm when I came back. The room opens up to a common room, so I turned on the air con in the common room and that cooled my room down although with less privacy! The rooms come with HUGE TVs but they are not plugged in and do not work. This resort does NOT have TVs in the rooms that work. Bring your own soap. The soap provided are very small blocks of what appears to be compressed chalk. The "soap" does not lather at all. I was given a wifi password when I checked in but later it quit working so I had to go back up to the office (if you're older like myself, that means A LOT of stairs) and get another password to another wifi signal. I took a shower at 7:00 AM and only got warm water for a couple minutes and then cold water for the rest of my shower. Breakfast was a plate with a cold fried egg, cold french toast and some chopped apple all covered by plastic. Coffee is instant coffee. Located next to the main highway on Palau so lots of street noise heard in the room. The "king" mattress was two double beds put together so the middle has a hard frame down the middle of the bed. The mattress was VERY firm. The staff was helpful but unfortunately not much to work with.
Breakfast: instant coffee with cold dish - all the same.

Amazing stay

The staff are amazing here. Breakfast was great and they will schedule it around your plans for the day (i.e. diving, hiking, kayaking). The staff is always willing to bend over backwards to help accommodate your needs. The rooms are great and very clean. AC works amazing in the rooms. Shared living area with other 2 rooms in each house.
