Chalet with EV charger, ski-in ski-out, public pool, near shops and restaurants

Alpensuss is a sustainable and comfortably furnished chalet for 2 to 6 people. Luxuriously and modern, with airco, 2 complete bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with washbasin and one with ensuite bathroom.

Alpensuss has its own EV charger for the electric cars. Type 2, charging 11 kwh/hr. Private parking and instant car charging, so easy!

This detached holiday home is located in Kötschach-Mauthen, a lovely village at the beginning of the famous Lesachtal along the Italian border in the south-west of Carinthia, Austria's sunniest province.

The family slope is located next to Alpensuss. There is a tow and chair lift and a ski school. The large Nassfeld ski area with 110 km slopes is a 25-minute drive away.

In summer you can do beautiful walks, cycle and climb mountains. There are many activities to do in the area. About 400 meters away you will find the Aquarena, a public swimming paradise with a large sunbathing lawn, wellness and tennis courts. During the summer season, late May to early September, we offer our guests 4 free daily swimming tickets for 50 euros per whole stay.

The village center, shops, two supermarkets and various (café)restaurants are located 500 meters from Alpensuss.

The large windows in the livingroom/kitchen offer wide views of the countryside and mountains. You can darken the windows and leave the sun outside with electric blinds.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. The infrared Sunshower lets you relax your muscles after an active day.

The upstairs bedrooms are larger than average and have luxury 180 x 200 cm box-spring beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other has a washbasin combination and plenty of room for our free baby cot. In this bedroom you'll also find a washing machine and a dryer.

Do you like to cook? The kitchen has everything you need to put a tasty meal on the table. The dining area is comfortable with a well-seated cosy corner sofa. There is also a nice lounge sofa with board games in the storage.

You can stream your favorite media to the TV, there is also an audio system on which you can stream your music and listen to your favorite radio station via the internet.

In the spacious storage room, which you reach with two steps from the house, you will find all kinds of materials for your entertainment. Think of a BBQ, but also a lovely hanging chair that you can clip to the eaves in summer. The kids can use the inflatable sleigh in winter on the ski slope. In summer you can use our helmets for gorge walks or when you rent a bicycle.
