Wonderful holiday home with a unique view over the ski slope and the subtropical swimming paradise!

For those who like the beautiful nature in the mountains, the tranquility and space of Carinthia in Austria, just like us, this is an ideal place to spend a holiday in a luxurious and comfortable holiday home.

Enjoy this beautiful village with its many sights, restaurants, nightlife, all kinds of sports and adventure in every season.

Kötschach is only 15 kilometers from the Italian border and has a wonderful climate. Our house is built in a sunny spot next to the slopes.
In winter you can ski home from the slopes!

In our house you will find a lot of documentation about all the sights in the neighborhood.
You don't have to travel far for this, because there is plenty to see and experience in the immediate surroundings of Kötschach.

There is a range of options for the sporty types. Mountain biking, cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding, abseiling, mountain climbing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing and much more.

Just a 3-minute walk away you will find a delightful subtropical Aquarena swimming pool with indoor pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, water slide, sauna, solarium, massage.
Enjoy in the summer but also in the winter after a day of skiing!

In Mauthen is a beautiful natural swimming pool. This is open in the summer months when the weather is nice.

Herbsturlaub bei tollem Wetter

das Haus ist sehr schön, jedoch für 8 Personen mit den beiden Schlafplätzen unter dem Dach mit der unmöglichen Leiter sehr grenzwertig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Saueberkeit der Reinigung lässt zu wüschen übrig.

Excellent accomodation

The apartment was very spacious and welll equipped. Besides the basic equipment of the kitchen it contained a lot of other utilities which were very helpful. Although, the apartment looks much more better in real life than in the pictures. I would recommend to all of you who are looking for a great place to stay.

Een heel mooie woning op een uitstekende locatie

De woning was super in orde! Heel netjes, alles is aanwezig. Een leuk tuintje ook. Prachtig zicht op de bergen en de plaatselijke skipiste. Amper 2 pistes maar perfect voor een beginneling of gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Op amper 30 min, met de gratis skibus, ben je in het mooie skigebied Nassfeld. Alles was super geregeld! Wij komen zeker terug!

Sehr schönes Haus. Gute Ausstattung. Netter Hausmeister. Alles top gelaufen. Bei dem Dritten Zimmer handelt es sich allerdings um Betten auf der Galerie. Kein richtig abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer.
