"We chose this hotel based on good reviews, room with private Jacuzzi and heated pools. Although the place is clean and staff is very nice, we had a number of problems during our stay. Pools were not heated, Jacuzzi constantly had to be serviced. no hot water to take a shower one morning, smoke-detector ..."

"Amazing experience. We took a trip away with some friends and the location of Dream Village all the amenities and the tram were incredible. Big shout out to Mike and Kostas who worked tirelessly to make our experience amazing. Will certainly return and recommend to people."
