"Completely different property than advertised. None of things listed were available or working. Stove not working, washer broken for many years. No safe rooftop. One a/c in one bedroom, that was not disclosed in ad.Big flight of stairs to enter, not disclosed.. Would be really horrible for very senior people. Neighborhood, rocky, un walkable, not near the ocean. I left on the 4th day. Really disappointed, Btw…owner said nobody stayed there since before covid in 2020. Never inspected? Pics on...

"I had booked the urban cove and honestly, I was skeptical about it. However, when i reached, I had to admit, the apartment and the environment around the apartment building was splendid. My family had a wonderful time resting and enjoying the homely time.The customer service were fast and efficient especially when I had so many enquiries.So thank you for the wonderful stay @ Jasmine, Alice Aunty,Raju Uncle,&Joy brother you guys are amazing & great help. "Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Experienced manager on duty every day with very capable staff in attendance. A most enjoyable stay"

"It is a place full of character. Delightful staff (limited English with some did not take away from their kindness and personal care). The building is all traditional Kerala, lots of dark wood, and a very amusing lift playing Tamil music. My balcony faced the fires of coconut palms, with birds occasionally calling out, but the dominant sound was the breakers as the beach is 20 metres down the lane. The room was spacious and comfortable: a bit old fashioned so this is not a modern smart business hotel. It is much better. I really enjoyed my stay. The worst thing was the feeble WiFi. Plenty of storage and the bathroom entirely adequate. Its proximity to the beach, the quieter end, is a bonus. "
