Staff is kind. This is a good location near MTR Tsim Sha Tsui and bus stop. It's reasonable price. Room service cleans room, changes bedsheet everyday. They have hairdryer. Bathroom is very small and water heater is broken.

Got cheated and forfeit 200USD.The worst every.

We have paid in advance for 4 rooms 1 night in Christmaxs period,when we reach the place,the staff (Indian) tell us your booking has been cancelled and no have room for us,Obviously they already overbooked or want higher price from others because of peak season.All of us have small kids waited for over 2 hours in their place,Luckliy hotels.com assist us to deal with them before we can enter the room.The room totally different to what the picture shown,even there are bed bugs bite and huge cockroaches,my kid are so scary.They have use over 7-8 different names put on internet,very tricky and should not booked all of them again.Host and staff are all dishonest indeed.We have attach our pciture for evidence.

예전억가본곳이라 이번에도. 다시 방문했는데. 첫날은 3인실방으로줘서 좋있는데 다음날은 아이콘인이 아닌곳으로 방으로줬는데 캐리어를 펴지 못할정도로 좁았네요 아이콘인은작아도 그나마 캐리어는 펼정도는 되었다만

Horrible place to stay.

Unfortunately I stayed there for few days. Dirty bedsheets really small rooms so don't go for it just looking at the pictures shown. Me and my partner couldn't even move together in the room.one has to sit on bed then only the other person can move.Day before we were checking out no room service even provided. Don't waste your money!!!

快適でした

3泊4日一人旅で宿泊させて頂きました。 チェックインと宿泊するエリアは違いますが、宿泊エリアのブザーをならすと案内に来てくれたので迷う事はありませんでした。 部屋は狭いですが、シャンプー歯ブラシタオルドライヤーはついているので細々としたものを持っていく必要はありませんでした。電圧変換タップもあったので助かりました。 また香港に行く時は利用させて頂きます！

Best in a small package

It was in a great location of Kowloon, close to everything. Very clean, and my luggage fit all under the bed. I was expecting a small room already and that is what it is. Most people had problems finding the icon inn front desk, but I found it pretty fast. Follow the signs to Canada Inn, it’s on the 15 floor, and you only have to walk into Chungking Mansion about 50 feet to the first set of elevators on the left, one for odds and one for even number floors, and I had 2 waters every day left in the room. MTR is across the street in iSquare shopping mall and A21 bus stop to/from the airport is just down the street.

Bad Manager Hotel

Bad and rude manager behavior. One of the manager was very bad. He shouted on me and my family and also make my children scared and cried. He charged me for the extra money amount 1,600 HKD. He told me that he might lost at least 10,000 HKD for a room/day due to the new year occasion. I had to stay there because I couldn’t refund my money back after I paid via expedia more than 28,500 BTH for 4 days. That was the bad situation when we were in Icon inn.

ที่พักอยู่ชั้น 16 รอคิวขึ้นลิฟต์ยาวมาก ไม่อยากไปไหนเลยถ้าขึ้นถึงห้องพักแล้ว ชั้นนี้เหมือนรวมหลายๆเจ้าของมาไว้ด้วยกัน จองห้องพักสำหรับสองคน ของจริงนอนได้คนครึ่ง อีกคนนอนตะแคง ผ้าห่มผ้าปู หมอนค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องน้ำแคบแต่สะอาด น้ำร้อนดี มีน้ำเปล่าให้2ขวด ระแวกที่พักชั้นล่างเป็นร้านขายของ มีแขกยืนเต็มไปหมด คอยแจกนามบัตร น่ากลัวได้อีก รีบตื่นรีบเช็คเอาท์ออกไปหาที่ใหม่เลย สรุปแล้วไม่โอเคอย่างแรง

It was like staying in my closet. Could not stand and have luggage on floor. They did bring a refrigerator to room for my medications, but it took most of floor space. Was quiet.

1.Hard to find hotel location because this hotel is inside the tower. 2.They use other hotel name in the tower that why you cannot it easy. 3.Hotel is on 15th floors and you can move to that floor with 1 tiny lift that fit for 7 people. 4.Bathroom too very tiny.

噂の重慶大厦はいかに＾＾

到着するまでは不安もありましたが、部屋を見るなりその不安は吹き飛びました(笑)ぜんぜん問題なかった。確かに部屋は狭いですが空間をうまく利用していて、壁や床などリフォームしてあり綺麗です。香港の土地事情で安く泊まれれるとことなると狭いのは致し方ないと思います。トイレとシャワーがこれだけ至近距離は日本では無いことなので私は面白く感じました。便器は蓋を閉じておけば便座までは濡れないし、トイレットペーパーも専用の容器に入っているのでシャワーしても濡れません。不自由は何もなかったです。タオル類は穴が開いてるものが出てくるときもありますが昼間は洗濯物が干してあったので洗濯はちゃんとしてあると思います。無料Wifiの速度もストレスなく良かったです。香港はお水が高いのにお部屋にペットボトルが置いてありうれしかったです。あと、重慶大厦というといろんな噂がありますし、確かにいろんな人種の方がいますが、特にしつこく何か言われるわけでもなくでした。エレベーター入り口には案内の方がいますしエレベーター内も監視カメラが付いていて特に不安はありませんでした。今回泊まったIcon Innさんの受付とホテルは１５階の同フロアでした。エレベーターは右のに乗ってください。（左は偶数階に止まるエレベーターです）部屋のセキュリティも問題ないです。日本と同じカードキータイプです。あと、レビューでシャワーの給湯はスイッチを先に入れてしばらく置かないとお湯が出ないようなとこがあるようですが、私が泊った部屋は日本の個人宅のように部屋にスイッチが付いていて、スイッチを押すとその直後からすぐお湯が出ました。温度も問題なかったです。温度が低いと感じる方は給湯のレバーの位置が合っていないのかもしれません。（いちお試しに左右に動かしてみたら冷たくなったり熱くなったりしていたので。）シャンプーやソープはボトルが用意されています。香りも悪くありません。歯ブラシもありました。パジャマ等は無いので準備が必要です。あと、いろんな人のレビューを見てトイレとシャワーが一緒なのでビーチサンダルは持参しました。これは正解でしたが、できればそのまま部屋でもスリッパ変わりに使えるクロックスのようなタイプの物が便利かと思います。ビーサンは先が分かれているので脱着がいちいちめんどくさいです。部屋に備えつけのビーサンもありましたが、これはお世辞にも綺麗ではないので濡れてもいいスリッパ必須です。あといちおバスタオルとフェイスタオルも持参してシーツとまくらカバーにしました。汚れていたわけではないですが個人的な安心感のため。まぁしかし全体的な印象としてはこちらのホテルは綺麗だと思いました。１５階なので静かですし。ホテル自体は静かなのですが、その時の客によっては夜中までうるさい人がいたり音楽大音量で聞いていたり子供が泣いていたりします。気になりそうな人は耳栓もあった方がいいかもです。あと洗面台のパッキン部分にカビが生えていましたが、料金から言うと文句言えないかな。。できれば改善いただくと完璧ですね。初香港、初重慶大厦は私には大変好印象でした。いろいろ噂はあれど実際に行ってみないとわからないものですね。立地もどこに行くにも便利でした。エレベーターは平日だったからか気になるような待ち時間はありませんでした。夜景からも近いです。空港⇔重慶大厦のバス停も近いです。両替で率のいい場所でも有名ですし。次回もぜひこちらを利用させていただきたいと思います。ああ、スタッフや掃除の方等も感じ良かったです。
