「Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.」

「The people at Alto are incredible! They were so helpful in organising everything and went above and beyond in making me feel settled. And of course the property is beautiful too」

「Good quality hotel. No spa but everything else you would expect. Easy walk to sites. Stand out aspect of the hotel is breakfast buffet on 10th floor. Views across the city and possible to see snow capped mountains. Food is excellent and the best bars and cafes are withing 1 block walking distance」

「Everything is perfect!」
