The approximately 55 square meters feature a bright living area with a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with ample storage space, and a spacious bathroom with natural light. The apartment also includes a bicycle storage room and a private parking space directly by the house. *Please note that the bedrooms cannot be darkened!*
